History of Gambling-Gambling Becomes Legalized in the US
In the 1930’s gambling became legal in the United States. The legalization took place when the state of Nevada opened its first casinos. After that, Nevada saw gambling as a means to improve their economy. This happens after the Great Depression.
People know Nevada worldwide for its casinos, made a great decision to take a chance and legalize gambling. Much of the revenue that the state accrues in Nevada links to their gaming industry. Extremely well-known chefs operate clubs, resort hotels, concert halls, amusements and restaurants. For example, Emeril and Gordon Ramsey help make Nevada a popular tourist vacation destination.
