The Las Vegas Strip To See A New 500 Million Casino Resort

Las Vegas, the gambling capital of the planet, will soon have even more to offer to its visitors. In two years’ time, the world-famous Strip will add another exclusive property, a new $500 million hotel and casino.

Last week, one of the world’s most prominent companies, Dream Hotel Group, broke ground on their latest project – a new casino and resort complex Dream Las Vegas. The new property will add to the company’s impressive portfolio which includes 25 developments set to be finished within the next couple of years, including resorts both in the US and Mexico.

Premium Gaming, Entertainment, and Dining Options

Dream Las Vegas is set to open its doors in 2024, but many details about the project are already known. The guests will be able to stay at a boutique-style hotel, featuring 531 rooms and suites, designed to accommodate even the most demanding customers. In addition, visitors will have plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options available.

Among other things, these options will include a swimming pool and the day club, both situated on the resort’s third floor. Furthermore, the gaming floor of the complex will feature two bar and lounge concepts, where guests will be able to relax after a day of gaming. Dream Las Vegas casino customers will also have at their disposal a lobby bar, a craft coffee cafe and gelateria, and a sporting club. Those who are more into late-night entertainment will be able to party at the boutique nightclub until the early morning hours. Exclusive dining options will include a signature restaurant and a diner which will be opened around the clock.

The New Casino Resort Will Have Premium Entertainment

The casino and hotel complex will also provide premium entertainment. The new property will feature a 90-seat theater for live entertainment events and a TechnoGym fitness center. Of course, the central attraction will be the 20,000-square-foot casino and gaming floor.

The whole complex will be stated in one of the best locations on the Strip. Dream Las Vegas will sit at the south end of the Strip, across the street from one of the most famous casino spots in the world, Mandalay Bay. An interesting fact is that, once finished, Dream Las Vegas will be among the rare casinos and resorts visible from the legendary “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign.

Dream Las Vegas Primed to Become a Top Vegas Destination

No exact date for the grand opening has been set yet, but the owners plan to welcome their first guests in late 2024. The new casino and hotel will undoubtedly be another attractive location in Vegas, already one of the busiest destinations for tourists both from the US and worldwide.

After recovering from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic when the Nevada online casinos soared, Las Vegas properties are reporting a record number of visitors. The best indicator of full recovery is the number of visitors arriving at the local Harry Reid International Airport which is already 7% higher than in the last pre-pandemic year, 2019. In this climate, Dream Las Vegas has all the chances to establish itself as one of the most desirable locations in the city.
