This is where you can post about your complaints to us and other people in the forum.
If you have a complaint, make sure you that you tried to reach out to the casinos customer service department to try to get them to resolve the issue. Also, please read over the terms and conditions of the casino to be sure that you have not violated them.
After that feel free to post your complaint right here or if there is another post with a complaint about a casino, feel free to post it over there. The easiest way we can help you resolve your issue is by including your casino screen name (please do not leave any personal information here). If you feel more comfortable with an email, reach out to us at cory@playslots4realmoney.com. After that we will try to reach out to the casino. In most cases, we are in contact with a customer service representative already.
bigebettorI did not have a good experience with Slots Of Vegas back in February 2024. I deposited $100 and claimed a bonus. I mostly played Megasaur and cleared my wagering requirements. Luckily, I had a nice win of $159. I submitted a withdrawal request via bitcoin but it was ignored. I know I wasn’t playing with all the money in the world but I just want other people to be aware.

The only reason I chose Planet 7 for RTG slots is because it also had a live dealer casino. Little did I know that regardless if I won or lost, I wasn’t getting my money.
