Interestingly enough, you can also bet on winning the popular vote in the presidential election. At the top US Sportsbooks, the Democrats are listed as heavy -275 favorites with the betting odds set at +200 for the Republicans.
Interestingly, the odds to win the popular vote are set at -290 for the Democrats and +210 for the Republicans. USA Sportsbooks did not have posted odds for this prop.
USA Sportsbooks does have prop bet odds posted for which party wins the election. This prop favors the Republicans at -118 with +103 odds for the Democrats.US Sportsbook also favors the Republicans at -125 odds. The odds the Democrats take over control of the White House are set at -105. My Bookies did not have this prop covered on its board.
One of the big questions in Washington is Biden’s running mate for vice president. He has already stated that his choice will be a woman. All three books have weighed in on this topic with prop bet odds.
California Senator Kamala Harris tops the list across the board.US Sportsbooks has her listed as a +170 favorite. Second on the board is Amy Klobuchar at +450 as the current governor of Minnesota.
The betting odds Ms. Harris gets the nod at the top US bookmakers are +135 with Gov. Klobuchar a +300 second-favorite. USA Sportsbooks sets the odds at +140 for Ms. Harris and +530 for Ms. Klobuchar.
