Nestled right at the border of Virginia and North Carolina, this impressive casino and hotel complex is the nearest full-service gambling destination for residents of Central and Eastern North Carolina. The location is highly accessible, being a 90-minute drive from Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill, and just over two hours from Charlotte. The resort boasts a sprawling 90,000-square-foot gaming floor, a luxurious 320-room hotel, and a myriad of amenities designed to enhance your stay. The gaming area is packed with nearly 1,500 slot machines, 79 table games, a dedicated World Series of Poker (WSOP) room, and a live entertainment venue that can host up to 2,500 guests. Additionally, the resort offers a spa, 50,000 square feet of meeting space, and a variety of dining options including Ramsay’s Kitchen and Dan Dan Noodle, ensuring a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Caesars’ decision to open this new casino in Virginia aligns with their broader asset optimization strategy. This new venture follows the sale of the Linq Promenade in Las Vegas for $275 million, with proceeds used for debt reduction. Earlier this year, Caesars also leveraged funds from the $500 million sale of the World Series of Poker brand to support projects like this one in Virginia.

The site of Caesars Virginia holds historical significance as the former location of Dan River Cotton Mills, once the largest single-unit textile factory in the world.
