Alaskan Visitor Gets Hot Winning A Progressive Jackpot At Las Vegas Casino

It still may be cold in certain parts of Alaska even though we are in the month of May. However, things heated up quickly for one lucky visitor from that state on the Las Vegas Strip. Local news sources with close ties to PlaySlots4RealMoney.com recently detailed the jackpot win.

While the Alaskan resident was not identified by name, they are now $2.1 million richer. The lucky player was at The Cosmopolitan the last Sunday in April. After putting just $40 in a Monopoly Millionaire progressive slot, that same player became an instant millionaire.

The Cosmopolitan was quick to post the big win on Twitter with the following tweet:

“Monopoly Millionaire lived up to its name when a lucky guest from Alaska hit for 2.1 million dollars Sunday evening after inserting only $40.”

The tweet also included a picture of the winning machine. The actual figure on the slot’s screen was $2,101,093.50.

That was the biggest win in Las Vegas to close out the month of April. However, there were a few other lucky players in town over the last few days of the month.

This time around, all the action was centered in the downtown area of Las Vegas. Playing slots at the D Las Vegas, an unidentified player walked away with $1.2 million. They were playing a Buffalo Grand progressive slot when the big hit occurred.

Once again, the casino was quick to announce the win through Twitter. The tweet from the D Casino Hotel read:

“Jackpot! Our Buffalo Grand slots are on fire. A lucky guest just started their morning $1,222,784.35 richer. There’s a reason these slots are a guest favorite – this is the second big hit on this exact machine, & our fourth huge jackpot on Buffalo Grand.”

That tweet also contained a picture of the winning machine. Another tweet was sent by the D Las Vegas owner, Derek Stevens. This one read:

“Just woke up to a great alarm sound…a seven digit jackpot just hit@theDlasvegas. Buffaloes are roaring. More to come…”

This was just the start to a very profitable day for a few select Las Vegas slot players. Stevens is also the owner of Circa Las Vegas. This is the newest casino resort located in the downtown area on Fremont Street.
Stevens was dead on when he first tweeted more to come.

Later that same day, a different player hit a progressive jackpot worth $99,656.86. They were playing a Dollar Storm slot.

The tweet for that big win from Circa Las Vegas read:

“Jackpot! A storm of $99,656.86 just hit the pockets of a lucky guest here at Circa. Our Dollar Storm slots are Hot, Hot Hot! What a morning in Downtown Las Vegas!”
